The Jammu & Kashmir Government has barred six doctors for engaging in private practice during official hours and making unethical referrals to private hospitals. The action follows a report by the State Health Agency under the AB-PMJAY/SEHAT scheme. The doctors were found prioritising personal gain over public duty, undermining healthcare delivery and government schemes.
