Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday handed over appointment letters to families of 158 civilians killed by Pakistan-sponsored terrorists in Srinagar. Sinha stated that wounds that have persisted for decades are now being healed and justice is being delivered. "Today's event brings a sense of closure to families who silently bore unimaginable trauma," he added.
