J&K L-G Manoj Sinha said an "internal web portal has been launched and...centralised database of terror victims' families is being developed to monitor and process all cases, ensuring timely relief". He added that helplines are active in every district of J&K for victims to register grievances. "We're also integrating a mechanism in portal for extending self-employment assistance," he added.
