Altaf Hussain, an MA graduate from Udhampur, Jammu and Kashmir, built a successful dairy farm with 15-20 cows through the JKREGP scheme. Once unemployed, he credits the programme for enabling his shift to self-employment and urges other youths in Jammu & Kashmir to use such initiatives.
