ISIS Maharashtra module chief and ex-office-bearer of the banned Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) Saquib Nachan died in Delhi's Safdarjung Hospital after suffering brain haemorrhage. Nachan had been in Tihar Jail since 2023 after his arrest by NIA over an alleged ISIS module spanning Delhi and Maharashtra’s Padgha. He was hospitalised on Tuesday after his health deteriorated in custody.
