Australia's Jain community is working on a landmark project, constructing grand temples in Melbourne and Sydney. Nearly 3,000 tonnes of Rajasthan marble, the same used in the Taj Mahal, will be shipped for the temples, confirmed Australian High Commissioner to India Philip Green. With the temples, the 6,000-strong Jain community hopes to preserve its faith and heritage in Australia.
