In 2018, Annu Kanawat, a professor from Jaipur, decided to grow mushrooms in a small room with just ₹5,000. Years later, her experiment turned into Aamlda Organic Foods, an Ayurvedic wellness brand that sells mushroom-based supplements and powders. Having clocked ₹60 lakh revenue in FY25, it is eyeing to hit ₹1 crore in FY26.
