Former Wipro CFO Jatin Dalal, who resigned from the IT major to "pursue...professional goals outside the organisation", has been appointed as the next CFO of Cognizant. Dalal is likely to join the Nasdaq-listed firm in December 2023 and will report directly to CEO Ravi Kumar. Dalal will succeed Jan Siegmund, who intends to retire in early 2024.
