Jeff Bezos named Dolly Parton as the latest recipient of his Courage and Civility Award, giving her $100 million to donate to charities of her choosing. "[Parton] leads with her heart...What she's done for kids and literacy...is just incredible," Bezos stated. Parton has previously donated $1 million towards coronavirus vaccine research and heads a program that donates books to children.
