Two women from Jhansi, Shivani Bundela and Neelam Sarangi, are gaining recognition for their innovative start-ups supported by the Uttar Pradesh government. Shivani’s ber-based food products and Neelam’s scrap art installations have both earned national visibility, with Shivani’s brand featured at the G20 Summit and Neelam receiving the Navdevi Award.
