A 15-year-old girl in Jharkhand's Garhwa district was allegedly beaten to death by her family after they caught her with her boyfriend. Police reached the cremation ground after a tip-off and stopped the family's secret attempt to cremate the body. Most relatives fled, but the father and brother were arrested. Police say it appears to be an honour killing.
