The Jharkhand High Court issued notice to ex-India captain MS Dhoni in a case filed by his ex-business partner Mihir Diwakar and his wife Soumya Das. Dhoni has been ordered to appear in the court and explain his stand. Dhoni had filed case against Mihir, alleging he violated terms of business deal. Mihir and Soumya then moved the high court.
