A video has shown a Jharkhand HC judge reprimanding an IAS officer after the latter objected to compensation for land acquisition. "Who are you to object?...It's state's property, right?" asked the judge, adding, "Do you want (to earn) commission?" The judge also threatened to launch an inquiry into the bureaucrat's assets, and compared him to a 'greedy monkey'.
