The IPO of non-OEM exporter of construction machinery Jinkushal Industries will open on September 25 and close on September 29. The company is offering 95.95 lakh shares worth ₹116.10 crore. The price band has been fixed at ₹115- ₹121 per share, with a face value of ₹10 each. Proceeds from the issue will primarily fund incremental working capital requirements.
