Jio Financial Services and US-based BlackRock have infused ₹117 crore in their joint mutual fund business, a company filing said. Both companies have been allotted 5.85 crore equity shares of ₹10 each of Jio BlackRock Asset Management Private Limited. Another joint venture between the companies also incorporated a new subsidiary on Tuesday to undertake broking operations.
