Jio Financial Services Limited and Allianz Europe BV have incorporated a new joint venture, Allianz Jio Reinsurance Limited (AJRL), after receiving IRDAI approval. With a 50:50 ownership structure, AJRL marks Jio Financial's entry into India's re-insurance sector. The new entity was incorporated on September 8, 2025.
