Home Minister Amit Shah said that PM Narendra Modi-led government would provide jobs to youth in J&K holding laptops and Tricolour in their hands. "Jails are ready for stone-pelters," he added. Shah was addressing a rally in the Ramban district of J&K ahead of the Assembly elections. The first phase of elections is scheduled for September 18.
