Actor John Abraham has rented out three apartments in Mumbai's Bandra West for five years for a starting monthly rent of ₹6.30 lakh, which will increase to ₹8 lakh in the final year, according to Square Yards. The lease includes ₹1.12 lakh stamp duty and a ₹36 lakh security deposit. John is estimated to earn ₹4.3 crore from the deal.
