A Palestinian journalist named Saleh al-Jaafari, who appeared in Hamas propaganda videos throughout the war in Gaza, has been shot dead as the war nears its end. Jaafari was reportedly killed while covering clashes between rival Palestinian factions, days after he celebrated the announcement of a ceasefire. Jaafari had released a video celebrating Hamas' 2023 attack on Israel.
