JSW Cement Ltd has set a price band of ₹139-147 per equity share for its upcoming ₹3,600-crore IPO. The IPO, which opens for subscription on August 7, comprises a fresh issue of shares worth ₹1,600 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to ₹2,000 crore from investor shareholders. The subscription will close on August 11.
