JSW Energy Ltd acquired a 51% stake in KSK Water Infrastructures Pvt Ltd for ₹962 crore via a settlement plan, post NCLT's CIRP withdrawal approval. KWIPL serves KSK Mahanadi Power Co., which runs a 3,600 MW thermal plant. The remaining 49% stake is held by KMPCL. KWIPL’s FY23–FY25 revenue declined from ₹204 crore to ₹30 crore.
