A video has shown Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar falling while getting off a bicycle outside the Vidhana Soudha (state Legislative Assembly) in Bengaluru. The Congress leader appeared to lose his balance after reaching the Vidhana Soudha, and fell onto its steps. He had earlier posted a picture of himself cycling outside the Assembly building.
