Karnataka Deputy CM and state Congress president DK Shivakumar issued a notice to party MLA Iqbal Hussain for speaking to the media over his demand to change the CM from Siddaramaiah to Shivakumar. Describing the statements as an embarrassment to the party and a violation of party discipline, Shivakumar asked Hussain to respond to the notice within one week.
