Union Minister and BJP leader Hardeep Singh Puri on Friday accused Karnataka government of not planning RCB's IPL victory parade that resulted in a stampede killing 11 people and said "truth will be out". Reacting to the suspension of Bengaluru Police Commissioner, he stated, "This is one of those knee-jerk, quick things...you blame someone...try and get away with it."
