Reacting to the stampede that occurred outside Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru amid RCB's IPL title celebrations, BJP leader Chalavadi Narayanaswamy said, "This is clearly a case of bad management." He added, "The state government failed to think things through. They went ahead with the celebrations without any planning." At least 11 people were killed in a stampede on Wednesday.
