Karnataka Congress MLA HR Gaviappa said that election guarantees have made it difficult to provide houses to the poor in state. "We're asking CM to cancel two or three schemes," he added. When State Deputy CM DK Shivakumar said that the MLA would get a show-cause notice for his remarks, Gaviappa clarified, "I said schemes can be reviewed not scrapped."
