Ex-Union Minister Dayanidhi Maran claimed his elder brother Kalanithi Maran used Sun TV dividends, for shares he illegally owns, to invest in ventures like IPL's Sunrisers Hyderabad and SpiceJet. Maran had bought SpiceJet's controlling stake in 2010, which he transferred to Co-founder Ajay Singh in 2015. Dayanidhi said he'll approach BCCI and DGCA to suspend licenses of both Kalanithi ventures.
