The District Civil Hospital here has been operating from a "borrowed" building of Kalpana Chawla Government Medical College (KCGMC) for the past eight years. Despite repeated announcements and reminders, the project of the new building for the District Civil Hospital remains stuck in absence of transfer of land from the Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP).
