Kalpataru Ltd, a Mumbai-based real estate firm, is launching a ₹1,590 crore IPO from June 24 to June 26. Priced between ₹387 and ₹414 per share, the issue is entirely a fresh offering aimed at repaying borrowings and funding general corporate purposes. The company reported a PAT of ₹5.51 crore for 9M FY25, following three consecutive years of losses.
