BJP MP Kangana Ranaut said the way the Congress-led Himachal government is handling relief work in the rain-ravaged state, the party won't return to power for 20 years. Ranaut made the remarks during a visit to her constituency, Mandi. "I am pained to see the plight of the people...I can only apprise the PM and seek liberal assistance," she said.
