Medical examinations of the Kanpur assault victim revealed the girl’s scalp had split into four sections, exposing parts of her skull. She also suffered a deep facial wound. Dr Sanjay Kala and a team of specialists, including neurosurgeons and gynecologists, are monitoring her. Though scans showed no internal bleeding, her condition remains critical and she is still unconscious.
