A 14-year-old died and several others were injured after a group of kanwariyas in their tractor-trolley ran over another group who were resting beside their vehicle in UP's Budaun, PTI reported citing police. The Kanwariyas assaulted the driver of the tractor-trolley and torched the vehicle after the accident. The driver has been detained by the police.
