Karnataka Deputy CM DK Shivakumar on Thursday broke down in tears while addressing the media after Wednesday's stampede in Bengaluru that killed at least 11 people during RCB's IPL victory celebrations. "We must learn an administrative lesson, let the opposition do politics on dead bodies...But it hurts to see the little children. I have seen their pain," Shivakumar said.
