Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah called an emergency meeting and ordered officials to repair all roads in Bengaluru by October 31. "If they fail to do it in a scientific manner, then the engineers will be held responsible," News18 quoted CM as saying. The government has also promised to grant an additional ₹750 crore for closing potholes, Deputy CM DK Shivakumar said.
