Karnataka BJP chief BY Vijayendra alleged that there is rampant corruption in every state department and Karnataka has been convered into an "ATM for Congress high command." His statement comes after Congress MLAs BR Patil and Rahul Kage raised allegations of irregularities in housing allotment. Patil said houses under Rajiv Gandhi housing scheme are allotted only when bribes are paid.
