Karnataka High Court on Thursday expressed an inclination to stay the state's ban on bike taxis, criticising the state government for failing to draft an appropriate rider policy within a month. The court was hearing appeals from Rapido, Uber, Ola, and others contesting the prior ruling that barred bike taxis without proper guidelines under the Motor Vehicles Act.
