Karnataka High Court on Friday, 13 June, deferred the hearing of petition filed by BJP MLC N Ravikumar’s to quash the case filed against him after he made communal remarks against Kalaburagi District Collector, Fauzia Tarannum. Following this, the high court deferred the matter, and directed N Ravi Kumar to file the compliance affidavit immediately.
