Karnataka High Court has extended its stay on ₹200 price cap for multiplex cinema tickets. Court directed multiplexes to maintain detailed, auditable records of all ticket sales, including payment methods and GST. "If petitioner succeeds, amounts collected electronically may be refunded to customers. A refund process plan must be submitted to licensing authority within 45 days," the court said.
