Honappa Hosmani (35), a labourer from Karnataka, accused of raping street dogs in Pune's Tingre Nagar, is currently absconding, Senior Police Inspector Govind Jadhav of Viman Nagar Police Station said on Thursday. A CCTV video of the act has gone viral, leading to an FIR under animal cruelty laws. Efforts are underway to trace the accused.
