Dr Devadas Menon, from Karnataka, is a communication scholar from ISRO's Space Applications Centre, and has been listed among the World's Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University and Elsevier. The only Indian in the Communication and Media Studies category, he ranks 335th globally for his research on digital media, psychology, and human-technology interaction.
