New Delhi-based Kartik Kumra became the only Indian fashion designer to be featured in the TIME100 Next 2025 list. He owns the label 'Kartik Research', which was launched in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. The label features upcycled products which highlight designs like kantha, chikankari embroidery and block printing. For the clothing brand, Kumra collaborates directly with artisans.
