President Droupadi Murmu has nominated four new members to the Rajya Sabha, including Ujjwal Nikam, who helped prosecute 26/11 attacks terrorist Ajmal Kasab. The other members include former foreign secretary Harsh Shringla, social worker and educationist C Sadanandan Master and noted historian Dr Meenakshi Jain.
