J&K Police have reopened the 1990 rape-murder case of Kashmiri Pandit nurse. Raids were conducted at eight places across Srinagar including JKLF chief Yasin Malik's house, to gather evidence on Monday. Twenty-seven-year-old Sarla Bhatt was killed by terrorists affiliated to Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front for defying diktats to quit government jobs and leave the valley.
