Kargil Democratic Alliance (KDA) on Tuesday said it will not participate in negotiations with Centre until activist Sonam Wangchuk and others arrested in Leh are released. It also demanded that Centre must order a judicial probe into the Leh firing. Notably, Wangchuk was arrested on September 26 under National Security Act (NSA) after violence in Ladakh.
