The Kedarnath temple, adorned with flowers, will officially close its gates for the winter season on October 23 at 8:30 am. This year, the temple's gates opened on May 2. According to reports, Kedarnath alone saw over 20 lakh devotees, while Gangotri and Yamunotri saw around 10-12 lakh devotees each, and Badrinath recorded more than 15 lakh pilgrims.
