Addressing a rally in Delhi, Congress MP Rahul Gandhi took a dig at AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal. "Kejriwal came in a WagonR, wearing a sweater, and climbed a pole. Then he got down from the pole and went straight to the Sheesh Mahal," Rahul said. He also said that Kejriwal failed to fulfil his promise to provide clean water.
