Following Kerala High Court's directive, the state has formed a Special Investigation Team led by ADGP H Venkatesh to probe the Sabarimala gold plating controversy. Devaswom Vigilance will submit its final report this week. The inquiry focuses on missing gold foil and a second plating done in 2025. Justice KT Sankaran will inspect temple assets this weekend.
