The Kerala High Court has ordered the conditional arrest of MSC Polo II, the sister ship of MSC Elsa 3, which sank off the Kerala coast on May 24. The court said the vessel will be released once the parent company deposits ₹73.49 lakh towards a cargo loss claim filed by Kerala-based Sans Cashew India Pvt Ltd.
