Kerala High Court ordered interim stay on proceedings on FIR filed against actress Shwetha Menon for allegedly publishing 'obscene scenes' from her movies and advertisements for financial gain. The interim order was passed after plea by the actress to quash FIR against her. The case was lodged under Section 67 of IT Act and provisions of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act.
