A 36-year-old fish trader from Kasaragod, Kerala, was brutally stabbed in the neck during a financial dispute and rushed to a Mangaluru hospital with the knife still embedded. Attackers had lured him to Seethangoli village under the pretence of resolving money matters. Police have detained four suspects and confiscated two vehicles as part of the investigation.
